Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §85, sub-§3, ¶D,
as amended by PL 1995, c. 161, §6, is
repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill repeals the requirement that, prior to being
licensed as an emergency medical services person, a person must
be sponsored by a Maine licensed ambulance service or
nontransporting emergency medical service.
