| | | B. When custody has been granted to a parent who did not | | have custody at the time the child protection petition was | | filed; or |

| | C. When the child lives with the foster parent with whom | the department has entered into a long-term foster care | agreement pursuant to section 4064; or |

| | | This bill amends the law concerning disclosure in the | | investigation of the abuse or neglect of a child to authorize | | that disclosure if a child has nearly died. The bill adds foster | | parents to the list of persons who must report suspected child | | abuse and neglect. The bill also corrects syntax. The bill also | | provides for ongoing judicial review when a child is placed with | | a foster parent. |
