An Act to Ensure Continued Reporting of Tax Incentive Recipients

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §13070-M,
as amended by PL 1999, c. 768, §4, is
repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill continues the reporting requirements for recipients
who receive $10,000 or more per year in tax incentives.
