| Sec. 1. Name for psychiatric treatment center. Resolved: That the Department |
| of Behavioral and Developmental Services shall recommend a name |
| for the new psychiatric treatment center located in Augusta. In |
| the course of the selection process, the department shall invite |
| input from interested parties. The department shall submit its |
| recommendation to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and |
| Human Services no later than February 1, 2002. The joint |
| standing committee may report out to the Second Regular Session |
| of the 120th Legislature legislation based on the recommendation. |
