Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §1003, sub-§2, ķA,
as amended by PL 1993, c. 410, Pt.
ZZ, §8, is further amended to read:

This bill reduces the fee for a Class II license under the
retail liquor sales law to $220 per year.
