Sec. 1. 21-A MRSA §1003, sub-§2-A, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 237, §1, is repealed.

SUMMARY

This bill repeals the provision of law that requires the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices to keep a request for investigation confidential if it is filed within 10 business days immediately preceding the election.
