Sec. 1. Methodology for reimbursing providers. Resolved:
That the
Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services shall develop
a methodology for reimbursing providers of services for any new
state or federal rule, regulation or contract requirement that
increases the cost of providing current services.
SUMMARY
This resolve requires the Department of Behavioral and
Developmental Services to develop a methodology for reimbursing
providers of services for any new state or federal rule,
