Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §3107 is enacted to read:

 
§3107.__Epinephrine

 
A municipality may provide its emergency medical services'
persons with the necessary training to carry and administer
epinephrine.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows municipalities to train its emergency medical
services' persons to administer epinephrine, commonly known as
adrenalin.
