LR 3319
Item 1
requires that the provider of an HIV test shall give the person
being counseled a written document summarizing the discussion
resulting from the pretest and post-test counseling. A written
consent form or other document may be used to satisfy the
requirement for documenting the pretest and post-test counseling
discussion.
