| | | Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §3-A, as amended by PL 1971, c. 622, §69-D, is | | further amended to read: |

| | | The Department of Human Services currently has the option of | | providing a program for educational, support and supportive | | services for certain state wards up to 21 years of age. This | | bill makes this program mandatory under certain conditions. |
