An Act Relating to Unemployment Compensation

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §1192, sub-§4-A,
as enacted by PL 1981, c. 220, is
repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill repeals the one-week waiting period before
unemployment compensation is paid.
