Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
The purpose of this bill is to create a vehicle for foster
parents to have a voice in decisions made by the Department of
Human Services concerning them as foster parents in the State.
This bill proposes to elevate the standards of foster
parenting in the State.
