| | | Area Reference and Resource Centers |

| | | Initiative: Provides funds for area reference and resource | | centers designated by the State Librarian under the | | direction of the Maine Library Commission to achieve goals | | such as direct free access to district residents, | | interlibrary loan service, reference service and | | telecommunications services and such other cooperative | | activities as member libraries may need. |
