Sec. 1. Hotline. Resolved: That the Department of Audit shall, by
January 1, 2004, provide a hotline for reporting fraud, waste
and abuse of state and local government funds and property.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Audit to provide a
hotline for the reporting of fraud, waste and abuse of state
and local government funds and property. The hotline must be
in place by January 1, 2004.
