| | | Sec. 1. 25 MRSA §1574, sub-§3, as repealed by PL 2001, c. 325, §3, | | is reenacted to read: |

| | | 3.__Juvenile offenders.__If a juvenile court adjudicates a | | juvenile to have committed a juvenile crime that, if committed | | by an adult, would constitute an offense listed in this | | section, then the juvenile is subject to the requirements of | | this section. |

| | | The bill subjects a juvenile to DNA testing requirements if | | the juvenile is adjudicated of committing a juvenile crime | | that, if committed by an adult, would constitute an offense | | listed in the DNA Data Base and Data Bank Act. |
