| | | 1. The number of commercial trucks stopped by the | | Department of Public Safety, Bureau of State Police, by | | region; |
|
| | | 2. The reason for stopping each commercial truck or | | category of defect found on each commercial truck; and |
|
| | | 3. The origin and destination of the shipment each | | commercial truck is hauling. |

| | | This bill requires the Department of Public Safety to make | | monthly reports, beginning January 1, 2004, to the Joint | | Standing Committee on Transportation. The report must include | | the following information: |
