Sec. 1. Rulemaking. Resolved: That by January 1, 2004 the
Department of Human Services, Bureau of Health shall provide,
in the health coverage and services programs administered and
contracted for by that department, care management services to
persons with congenital brain anomalies to the same extent
that coverage and services are provided to persons with
acquired brain injuries.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Human Services,
Bureau of Health to provide, in the health coverage and
