Sec. 1. State Police directed to develop form for use in private firearm sales. Resolved:
That the Chief of the State Police shall develop a form for a
purchaser to complete prior to a private firearm sale. The
Chief of the State Police shall make this form available to
municipalities and the general public and through downloading
from the Internet.
SUMMARY
This resolve requires the State Police to develop a form for
a purchaser of a firearm to complete prior to a private
firearm sale and to make the form available to municipalities
and the general public and through downloading from the
Internet.
