Notwithstanding any other provision of | law, $150,000 of unencumbered balance forward in fiscal year | 2002-03 in the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife - Carrying | Balance - GF account in the Department of Inland Fisheries and | Wildlife lapses to the General Fund in fiscal year 2002-03. | These savings are available from funds set aside for the | Hatchery Engineering project. The project costs will be paid | from bond funds. |
