PART M

Part M does the following:

1. Transfers $60 from the Mellon III Grant, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Education to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003;

2. Transfers $629 from the Loss Prevention and Recovery, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Education to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003;

3. Transfers $43 from the Interactive Television, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Education to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003; and

4. Transfers $3,977 from the Workshops and Training, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Education to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

PART N

Part N does the following:

1. Transfers $286,000 from the Maine Environmental Protection Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Environmental Protection to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003; and

2. Transfers $30,000 from the Borrow Pit Regulation, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Environmental Protection to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.
