| | | A person otherwise subject to this section who operates a | | motor vehicle dealership within 10 miles of the New Hampshire | | border may operate that business on Sunday between the hours | | of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. |

| | | This bill allows a motor vehicle dealership to be operated | | on Sunday between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. if | | that business is located within 10 miles of the New Hampshire | | border. |
