| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7076, sub-§17 is enacted to read: |

| | | 17.__Nonambulatory disabilities.__A person with a permanent | | disability causing the person to be unable to walk may be | | issued a complimentary antlerless deer permit under section | | 7457. |

| | | This bill provides that a person with a permanent disability | | causing the person to be unable to walk may receive a | | complimentary antlerless deer permit, otherwise known as an | | any-deer permit. |
