| | | If a bond issue passed by the Legislature and presented to | | the voters for ratification has multiple items that are | | unrelated, the Secretary of State shall prepare the ballot in | | a form that severs unrelated items so that a voter may vote on | | each unrelated item individually. |

| | | This bill requires the Secretary of State to prepare a | | ballot for a bond issue with multiple, unrelated items so that | | a voter may vote on unrelated items individually. |
