| | | A.__A monthly status report on the complaint until final | | notice of resolution; |

| | | B.__A description of what measures are being undertaken by | | the agency, in which the employee who is the subject of | | the complaint is employed, to address the complaint and | | ensure that a similar complaint is not justified in the | | future; and |
|
| | | C.__Any changes in employee status, changes in agency | | procedures and any findings of the Bureau of Human | | Resources that occur as a result of the complaint. |

| | | 4.__Rulemaking.__The Bureau of Human Resources may adopt | | routine technical rules pursuant to chapter 375, subchapter 2- | | A necessary to implement this section. |

| | | This bill establishes a procedure whereby a member of the | | public will be kept informed about a complaint made against a | | state employee. Under the bill, the Department of | | Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Human | | Resources is the liaison between the public and the agency in | | which the state employee works. |
