Sec. 1. New access points prohibited until February 2004. Resolved: That the
Department of Conservation, including the Maine Land Use
Regulation Commission, the Department of Environmental
Protection and any other state agency may not develop any new
access points in the Allagash Wilderness Waterway until the
management plan review process is completed in February 2004.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve provides that the Department of Conservation,
including the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission, the
Department of Environmental Protection and any other state
agency may not develop any new access points in the Allagash
Wilderness Waterway until the management plan review process
is completed in February 2004.
