| | | Sec. 2. 12 MRSA §7352-A, sub-§5 is enacted to read: |

| | | 5.__Requirements.__Each licensee shall ensure that each deer | | hide is properly tagged pursuant to section 7457. |

| | | This bill reduces the paperwork requirement under a special | | hide dealer's license by requiring only that the dealer ensure | | that a deer hide is properly tagged. |
