| | | This bill exempts certain intelligence and investigative | | records of the Department of the Attorney General from the | | operation of Public Law, 1993, chapter 719, section 11 that | | declared all such records to be confidential. Instead, those | | records pertaining the unlawful homicide of Sarah Cherry in | | Bowdoin would become subject to the Maine Revised Statutes, | | Title 16, section 614, which applies to intelligence and | | investigative records after July 1, 1995. |
