Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill would clarify eligibility for life insurance for a
person who is retired from a position covered by a plan within
the Maine State Retirement System and, after retiring, becomes
employed in a position covered by a different plan within the
Maine State Retirement System.
