Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to change the dates by which certain
actions must be taken under the Maine Rx Program and
Prescription Drug Price Reduction Act. The implementation of
the programs has been delayed pending the outcome of the
appeal to the United States Supreme Court regarding the Maine
Rx Program.
