1. Install underground drainage 220 feet south of the driveway located on property owned by Duane and Barbara Martin;

2. Pay $48,900 to Duane and Barbara Martin for property taken from them;

3. Relocate or replace stone pillars at the end of the driveway on property owned by Duane and Barbara Martin; and

4. Repair or replace a well and provide compensation for damage to remaining trees located on property owned by Duane and Barbara Martin if that well or those trees are adversely affected by the widening of Route 26.

SUMMARY

This resolve directs the Department of Transportation to take certain action in connection with the effect of the widening of Route 26 in Poland on property owned by Duane and Barbara Martin.
