| | | 1. It authorizes the Department of Corrections, Maine | | Correctional Center to increase the rate it charges the | | Federal Government for the housing of federal inmates. The | | additional revenue must be deposited to the General Fund as | | undedicated revenue in fiscal year 2003-04 and fiscal year | | 2004-05. |
