Item 1
renovation" means any renovation for which the cost exceeds 50%
of the building's current value prior to renovation.
SUMMARY
This bill amends Maine law pertaining to energy efficiency
standards and indoor air quality in new construction or
substantial renovation of conditioned space in a residential
building of more than 2 dwelling units to conform to the
changes to ASHRAE standards.
