| | 17.__Video gaming terminal manufacturer.__"Video gaming | terminal manufacturer" means a person who assembles or | produces video gaming terminals or associated equipment for | sale or use in this State. |

| | 18.__Video gaming terminal wholesaler.__"Video gaming | terminal wholesaler" means a person who sells video gaming | terminals or associated equipment for distribution in this | State. |
|
| | A person may not manufacture, sell, operate or place a video | gaming terminal for use in this State unless the person is | licensed to do so by the Chief of the State Police.__A person | may not place for use or operate a video gaming terminal in | this State unless the machine is licensed by the Chief of the | State Police. |

| §363.__Administration and enforcement |

| | The Chief of the State Police and the director shall | administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter as | specified in this chapter. |

| §364.__Powers and duties of Chief of State Police |

| | 1.__Powers.__In addition to powers conferred by any other | provision of law, the Chief of the State Police may: |

| A.__Regulate, supervise and exercise general control over | the operation of video gaming terminals; |
|
| B.__Investigate the direct or indirect ownership or | control of a video gaming terminal or associated equipment | by any licensee; |
|
| C.__Adopt rules necessary to administer and enforce this | chapter, including the power to jointly adopt rules with the |
|
|
