| | | H.__Submit by January 15th an annual report to the | | Governor and the joint standing committee of the | | Legislature having jurisdiction over legal affairs of | | video lottery terminal revenue, credits disbursed by | | licensees, administrative expenses and the allocation of | | net terminal income for the preceding year; |

| | | I.__Prepare and submit to the Commissioner of | | Administrative and Financial Services a budget for the | | administration of this chapter; |
