| B.__Entering and passing around a rotary or traffic circle | may drive only to the right of the rotary or traffic circle | and shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle on the | operator's left; and |
|
| C.__May not drive on or across the center part of a rotary | or traffic circle, except that the wheels of a semitrailer | or trailer may cross the center part as long as the wheels | of the towing vehicle do not cross the center part. |

| | Sec. R-34. 29-A MRSA §2055, sub-§3, as enacted by PL 1993, c. 683, Pt. | A, §2 and affected by Pt. B, §5, is amended to read: |

| | 3. Frightened animals. When a person riding, driving or | leading an animal that appears to be frightened signals by | putting up a hand or by other visible sign, an operator | approaching from the opposite direction must stop as soon as | possible and remain stationary as long as necessary and | reasonable to allow the animal to pass. When traveling in the | same direction, the operator must use reasonable caution in | passing an animal. |
