PART K

Part K does the following:

1. Authorizes the State Controller to transfer funds from the Employment Services Activity, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Labor to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund in fiscal year 2002-03; and

2. Authorizes the State Controller to transfer funds from the Blind and Visually Impaired, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Labor to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund in fiscal year 2002-03.

PART L

Part L authorizes the Commissioner of Public Safety to adjust the fee schedule for criminal history record checks effective May 1, 2003.

PART M

Part M authorizes $100,000 in the Administrative Services and Corporations, General Fund account in the Department of the Secretary of State to carry forward to fiscal year 2003-04 to be used for the same purposes.
