Sec. 1. Clarify state ownership of land. Resolved:
That the Director of the
Bureau of Parks and Lands within the Department of Conservation
shall clarify state ownership of the land in the vicinity of a
parcel known as "Third Beach" adjacent to Sebago Lake State Park
in the Town of Naples.
SUMMARY
This resolve directs the Director of the Bureau of Parks and
Lands within the Department of Conservation to clarify ownership
of the land in the vicinity of a parcel known as "Third Beach"
adjacent to Sebago Lake State Park in the Town of Naples.
