| | Sec. 1. Director of Bureau of Parks and Lands authorized to convey conservation | easement. Resolved: That the Director of the Bureau of Parks and | Lands within the Department of Conservation shall convey to the | Peaks Island Land Preserve, Peaks Island, Maine a conservation | easement pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 33, | chapter 7, subchapter 8-A on all of the property classified as a | wildlife management area pursuant to Title 12, section 12708, | subsection 1, paragraph B, subparagraph (32) located on Peaks | Island in Cumberland County. |

| | This resolve authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks | and Lands within the Department of Conservation to convey a | conservation easement to land located on Peaks Island in | Cumberland County to the Peaks Island Land Preserve, a nonprofit | organization charged with protecting and preserving property on | Peaks Island and the natural resources of that property.
