| | | Sec. 1. Director of Bureau of Parks and Lands authorized to convey conservation | | easement. Resolved: That the Director of the Bureau of Parks and | | Lands within the Department of Conservation shall convey to the | | Peaks Island Land Preserve, Peaks Island, Maine a conservation | | easement pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 33, | | chapter 7, subchapter 8-A on all of the property classified as a | | wildlife management area pursuant to Title 12, section 12708, | | subsection 1, paragraph B, subparagraph (32) located on Peaks | | Island in Cumberland County. |

| | | This resolve authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks | | and Lands within the Department of Conservation to convey a | | conservation easement to land located on Peaks Island in | | Cumberland County to the Peaks Island Land Preserve, a nonprofit | | organization charged with protecting and preserving property on | | Peaks Island and the natural resources of that property.
