| | | Sec. 1. 34-A MRSA §11203, sub-§2, as enacted by PL 1999, c. 437, §2, | | is amended to read: |

| | | 2. Domicile. "Domicile" | | contrary, "domicile" means the place or places where a person | | lives, resides or dwells. |

| | | The purpose of this bill is to ensure that the sex offender | | registry established by the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 34-A, | | section 11221 contains accurate information regarding the | | whereabouts of convicted sex offenders. This bill expands the | | definition of "domicile" to include all of the places where a | | person lives, resides or dwells. |
