Sec. 1. Fishing in Fish River. Resolved: That the Department of Inland
Fisheries and Wildlife shall adopt rules to allow fly fishing and
the use of artificial lures and single-baited hooks during the
open season for fish in Fish River from the mouth of the St. John
River to Fish River Falls in the Town of Fort Kent. Rules
adopted pursuant to this resolve are routine technical rules as
defined by the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375,
subchapter 2-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife to adopt rules allowing fly fishing and the use of
artificial lures and single-baited hooks for fishing in Fish
River in the Town of Fort Kent.
