Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §12708, sub-§1, ¶A,
as enacted by PL 2003, c. 414, Pt.
A, §2 and affected by Pt. D, §7, is amended by repealing sub-
¶(4).
SUMMARY
This bill removes the Lake Christopher wildlife management
area from the list of areas that are classified as wildlife
management areas.
