| | 1.__Policy-making members; appointment.__The S.W.A.T. team | consists of the following 15 policy-making members, including at | least 2 members under 35 years of age, appointed as follows: |

| A.__Five members appointed by the President of the Senate as | follows: |
|
| (1)__Three members representing business; one business | representative must be an individual under 35 years of | age who has started a business; |
|
| (2)__One member representing labor and workforce | development; and |
|
| (3)__One member who is a college student under 35 years | of age, alternating annually between a student | representative on the Board of Trustees of the | University of Maine System and a student representative | on the Board of Trustees of the Maine Community College | System; |

| B.__Five members appointed by the Speaker of the House as | follows: |
|
| (1)__Four members representing business; and |
|
| (2)__One member representing labor and workforce | development; |
|
| C.__The Chancellor of the University of Maine System or the | chancellor's designee; |
|
| D.__The President of the Maine Community College System or | the president's designee; |
|
| E.__One representative of the Department of Economic and | Community Development, appointed by the Commissioner of | Economic and Community Development; |
|
| F.__One representative of the Department of Education, | appointed by the Commissioner of Education; and |
|
| G.__One representative of the Department of Labor, appointed | by the Commissioner of Labor. |

| | 2.__Advisory members; appointment.__The S.W.A.T. team includes | 8 nonvoting advisory members, appointed as follows: |
