| | 19.__Certain incorporated nonprofit educational organizations.__ | Sales to incorporated nonprofit educational organizations that | are receiving, or have received, funding from the Department of | Education and that provide educational programs specifically | designed for teaching young people how to make decisions about | drugs, alcohol and interpersonal relationships at a residential | camp setting; |
