Agencies authorized to | administer programs funded by Temporary Assistance for Needy | Families or "TANF" funds must adhere to minimum record-keeping | requirements established by the federal Department of Health and | Human Services, Administration for Children and Families | regarding Maintenance of Effort expenditures in order to ensure | that expenditures are sufficiently documented. The Department of | Human Services, Bureau of Family Independence shall ensure that | all claims made under the TANF program meet all state | requirements and the eligibility requirements set forth by the | federal Department of Health and Human Services, Administration | for Children and Families or its successor agency. |
