Sec. 200. 12 MRSA §12052, sub-§8, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 414, Pt.
A, §2 and affected by Pt. D, §7, is repealed and the following
enacted in its place:

 
8.__Violation of license restriction.__A person may not
violate any restriction of a license or permit issued in
accordance with this section.

 
A.__A person who violates a license or permit restriction
under this section__commits a civil violation for which a
fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be
adjudged.

 
B.__A person who violates a license or permit restriction
under this section after having been adjudicated as having
committed 3 or more civil violations under this Part within
the previous 5-year period commits a Class E crime.

 
Each day a person violates a license or permit restriction under
this section that person commits a separate violation.

 
Sec. 201. 12 MRSA §12053, sub-§1, śC, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 414,
Pt. A, §2 and affected by Pt. D, §7, is repealed.

 
Sec. 202. 12 MRSA §12053, sub-§2 is enacted to read:

 
2. Penalties.__The following penalties apply to violations of
this section.

 
A. A person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil
violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more
than $500 may be adjudged.

 
B.__A person who violates subsection 1 after having been
adjudicated as having committed 3 or more civil violations
under this Part within the previous 5-year period commits a
Class E crime.

 
Sec. 203. 12 MRSA §12055, sub-§5, as enacted by PL 2003, c. 414, Pt.
A, §2 and affected by Pt. D, §7, is repealed and the following
enacted in its place:

 
5.__Violation of restrictions.__A person may not violate any
restriction of a license or permit issued in accordance with this
section.
