| (2) Board of Directors, Maine Municipal and Rural | Electrification Cooperative Agency in 1999 2007; |

| (3) Public Utilities Commission in 1999 2007; and |
|
| (4) The Emergency Services Communication Bureau within | the Department of Public Safety in 2001 2009. |
