An Act To Support the New Century Community Program

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

CULTURAL AFFAIRS COUNCIL,

MAINE STATE

New Century Community Program

Initiative: Provides ongoing funds for the New Century Community Program to be administered by the Maine State Cultural Affairs Council. Any amounts unencumbered at the end of each fiscal year do not lapse but must be carried forward to be used for the same purpose.
