from the Shellfish Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds account in

the Department of Marine Resources to the unappropriated surplus

of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

Sec. X-3. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $17,670 from the Loss
Prevention, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the
Department of Marine Resources to the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

Sec. X-4. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $1,591 from the Boat
Sale Conversion, Other Special Revenue Funds account in the
Department of Marine Resources to the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

PART Y

Sec. Y-1. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $8,176 from the
Publications Revolving Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds
account in the Maine State Museum to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

Sec. Y-2. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $8,176 from the
Private Contribution Revolving Fund, Other Special Revenue
Funds account in the Maine State Museum to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

PART Z

Sec. Z-1. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $144,830 from the
Office of Consumer Credit Regulation, Other Special Revenue
Funds account in the Department of Professional and Financial
Regulation to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
no later than June 30, 2003. It is the intent of the
Legislature that this transfer of funds may not result in an
increase in fees assessed for this purpose.

Sec. Z-2. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $572,176 from the
Bureau of Insurance, Other Special Revenue Funds account in
the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June
30, 2003. It is the intent of the Legislature that this
