| | | An Act To Codify the County Commissioner Districts as |

| | | Apportioned by Public Law 2003, Chapter 43 |

| | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows: |
|
| | | Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §66, as repealed by PL 2003, c. 43, §2 and as | | amended by PL 2003, c. 62, §3 and affected by §§5 and 6, is | | repealed. |

| | | Sec. 2. 30-A MRSA §66-A is enacted to read: |

| | | §66-A.__County commissioner districts |
|
| | | 1.__Creation of Androscoggin County Commissioner Districts.__ | | Androscoggin County is divided into the following 3 districts. |
|
| | | A.__Commissioner District Number 1, in the County of | | Androscoggin, consists of the minor civil divisions of | | Durham, Greene, Leeds, Lisbon, Livermore, Livermore Falls, | | Sabattus, Turner and Wales.__The term of office of the | | county commissioner from this district expires in 2004 and | | every 4 years thereafter. |

| | | B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in the County of | | Androscoggin, consists of the minor civil divisions of | | Auburn, Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland.__The term of | | office of the county commissioner from this district expires | | in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter. |
