	12.__Creation of Sagadahoc County Commissioner Districts.__
Sagadahoc County is divided into the following 3 districts.

A.__Commissioner District Number 1, in the County of
Sagadahoc, consists of the minor civil divisions of Bowdoin
and Topsham.__The term of office of the commissioner from
this district expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in the County of
Sagadahoc, consists of the minor civil divisions of
Bowdoinham, Georgetown, Phippsburg, Richmond and Woolwich
and the unorganized territory of Perkins.__The term of
office of the commissioner from this district expires in
2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

C.__Commissioner District Number 3, in the County of
Sagadahoc, consists of the minor civil divisions of
Arrowsic, Bath and West Bath.__The term of office of the
commissioner from this district expires in 2006 and every 4
years thereafter.

13.__Creation of Somerset County Commissioner Districts.__
Somerset County is divided into the following 3 districts.

A.__Commissioner District Number 1, in the County of
Somerset, consists of the minor civil divisions of Anson,
Athens, Bingham, Brighton Plantation, Cambridge, Caratunk,
Dennistown Plantation, Embden, Harmony, Hartland, Highland
Plantation, Jackman, Moose River, Moscow, New Portland,
Palmyra, Pleasant Ridge Plantation, Ripley, St. Albans,
Starks, The Forks Plantation and West Forks Plantation and
the unorganized territories of Central Somerset, Northeast
Somerset, Northwest Somerset and Seboomook Lake Plantation.__
The term of office of the commissioner from this district
expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

B.__Commissioner District Number 2, in the County of
Somerset, consists of the minor civil divisions of
Fairfield, Madison, Mercer, Norridgewock, Smithfield and
Solon.__The term of office of the commissioner from this
district expires in 2004 and every 4 years thereafter.

C.__Commissioner District Number 3, in the County of
Somerset, consists of the minor civil divisions of Canaan,
Cornville, Detroit, Pittsfield and Skowhegan.__The term of
office of the commissioner from this district expires in
2006 and every 4 years thereafter.
